摘要
加强基础研究和产业技术创新是提升创新能力的关键,也是建设科技创新强国和现代化经济体系的重要支撑。对广东而言,虽然区域创新能力已跃居全国首位,但是基础研究薄弱、原始创新能力不足、产业核心关键技术受制于人的问题仍然突出。从理论出发、以问题为导向,研究分析基础研究和产业技术创新国内外趋势,基于广东的基本情况提出推进基础研究与产业技术创新融通发展的对策建议。
Strengthening fundamental research and industrial technology innovation is key to enhance innovation ability,as well as to be a strong technological innovation country and to develop modern economic system.However,fundamental research and industrial technology innovation abilities of Guangdong are not strong enough.By studying theory,actuality and developing trend,this paper gives proposals for further improving the fusion development of fundamental research and industrial technology innovation in Guangdong.
