七氟烷与氯胺酮静脉麻醉用于舌系带切开术的对比研究 被引量:4

Comparative Study of Sevoflurane Inhalation Anesthesia and Intravenous Anesthesia With Simple Ketamine in Children Undergoing Lingual Frenotomy

摘要 目的比较七氟烷吸入麻醉与单纯氯胺酮静脉麻醉用于小儿舌系带切开术的临床效果。方法选择65例ASA分级Ⅰ~Ⅱ级舌系带切开术治疗患儿,按数字表法随机将患儿分为观察组(n=33):七氟烷吸入麻醉,对照组(n=32):注射氯胺酮静脉麻醉。分析比较两组患儿麻醉的总有效率、术中心率、血氧饱和度、手术时间和苏醒时间及患儿术后恶心、呕吐、躁动、谵妄等不良反应的发生情况。结果观察组的麻醉的总有效率高于对照组(93.94%vs. 81.25%),差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组苏醒时间明显少于对照组[(14.5±4.1)min vs.(22.4±5.5)min](P <0.05),术后不良反应的发生率明显低于对照组[(12.12%vs.28.13%)(P <0.05)]。结论七氟烷吸入麻醉和单纯氯胺酮静脉麻醉均可安全用于舌系带切开术,七氟烷吸入麻醉总有效率高,苏醒快,不良反应较少,更适合用于小儿此类手术。 Objective To compare the clinical effect of sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia and intravenous anesthesia with simple ketamine in children undergoing lingual frenotomy.Methods 65 ASA grade I to II patients undergoing lingual frenotomy were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the number table method,according to the digital meter method made,the pediatric patients were randomly divided into the observation group(n=33):sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia and the control group(n=32):ketamine intravenous injection anesthesia.The anesthesia effect of total effective rate,children’s heart rate,blood oxygen saturation,operation time and recovery time were compared and analyzed between two groups.The adverse reactions of anesthesia were recorded and compared during each operation.Results The total effective rate of anesthesia in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(93.94%vs.81.25%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group[(14.5±4.1)min vs.(22.4±5.5)min](P<0.05).The incidence rate of postoperative adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group[(12.12%vs.28.13%)(P<0.05)].Conclusion Sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia and intravenous anesthesia with simple ketamine can be safely used in lingual frenotomy.But total effective rate of sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia is higher,wake up fast,less adverse reaction,can be more suitable for such an operation.
