摘要
目的探讨晚期妊娠羊水过少对妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2016年6月至2018年6月我院收治的晚期妊娠产妇62例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组31例,其中观察组为羊水过少的产妇,对照组为羊水指标正常的产妇,对比两组的妊娠结局。结果两组的妊娠结果、分娩方式相比差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);对照组择期剖宫产和急诊剖宫产的比例明显低于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论孕妇妊娠晚期一旦发现有羊水过少的情况,就应该及时终止妊娠,采取适合的分娩方式,降低妊娠不良结果的发生。
Objective To explore the effect of hydramnios on pregnancy outcomes in late pregnancy.Methods 62 cases of late-term pregnant women admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 31 cases in each group.Results The differences of pregnancy results and delivery methods between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of elective cesarean section and emergency cesarean section in the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion If the pregnant woman is found to have too little amniotic fluid in the third trimester of pregnancy,she should terminate the pregnancy in time,adopt a suitable delivery method,and reduce the occurrence of adverse pregnancy results.
