摘要
运用文献资料、问卷调查、田野调查等方法,从非物质文化遗产保护的视角对新疆少数民族传统体育文化资源的数量、类型、分布特征以及生存困境进行分析,提出新疆少数民族传统体育文化资源开发的策略。研究表明:新疆少数民族传统体育文化资源具有数量多、类型多、分布广、项目不均衡、代表性项目不相同等特征。其生存困境主要是少数民族传统体育文化资源开发不足、区域资源发展不均衡;自然生态圈被破坏,原生态环境日益恶化;少数民族传统体育产业发展缓慢,少数民族传统体育旅游资源薄弱;政府相关部门对少数民族传统体育文化资源开发不够重视、缺乏资源共享意识;专业管理人才缺乏、制度保障缺位。建议:重视和加快少数民族传统体育文化资源开发、加强少数民族传统体育文化资源管理人才培养、少数民族传统体育文化资源开发与学校教育相结合发展、少数民族传统体育文化资源开发与全民健身相结合发展。
Using the methods of literature,questionnaire survey,field investigation,from the perspective of the protection of intangible cultural heritage,it is analyze traditional minority national sports culture resources the number,types,distribution characteristics and of survival plight in xinjiang,and put forward the development of traditional minority national sports culture resources in xinjiang.The research shows that the traditional sports culture resources of ethnic minorities in xinjiang have many characteristics such as quantity,type,wide distribution,uneven project and different representative projects.It’s mainly survival dilemma is the lack of development of traditional sports culture resources and uneven development of regional resources;the natural ecological environment is destroyed and the original ecological environment is deteriorating.The traditional sports industry of minority nationalities develops slowly,and the traditional sports tourism resources of ethnic minorities are weak.The relevant departments of the government have not paid enough attention to the development of traditional sports culture resources of ethnic minorities and lack the awareness of resource sharing.Lack of professional management talents and lack of institutional guarantee.Suggest:pay attention to and speed up the development of traditional minority national sports culture resources,strengthening the traditional minority national sports culture resources management personnel training,development of traditional minority national sports culture resources combined with school education development,development of traditional minority national sports culture resources combined with the national fitness development.
