放射化学分析法测定水中^(60)Co

Determination of ^(60)Co in water by radiochemical analysis

摘要 以低本底α,β测量装置测定水样中^(60)Co的含量。采用Co盐为载体对水样中^(60)Co沉淀分离,以浓氨水为络合剂络合纯化^(60)Co。在H_2O_2存在下,Co以Co(OH)_3形态沉淀并载带富集^(60)Co;NH_3·H_2O与Co^(3+)络合,使Co^(3+)以Co(NH_3)_6^(3+)的形态与碱性溶液中共沉淀的共存离子分离。在0.04~1.00 Bq范围内^(60)Co活度与净计数率呈良好的线性,线性相关系数为0.999 5,全程Co的化学回收率大于96%,^(60)Co的加标回收率为88.97%~90.82%。计数240min,方法的探测下限为45.29mBq/L,重复测定结果的相对标准偏差小于5%(n=5)。该方法简便可靠,满足环境水样中^(60)Co的测定要求。 The content of 60Co in the water sample was measured by low background alpha and beta measuring device.The Co salt was used as carrier to precipitate 60Co in the water sample,and 60Co was purified by complex ammonia as a complexing agent.With the presence of H2O2,Co was precipitated in the form of Co(OH)3 and enriched with 60Co.NH3·H2O complexed with Co3+to make Co3+form Co(NH3)6 3+,and the coexisting ions of the coprecipitation in the solution were separated.The 60Co activity was linear with net count rate in the range of 0.04–1.00 Bq,the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 5.The chemical recovery of Co was more than 96%,and the recovery of 60Co was 88.97%–90.82%.As the count was 240 min,the detection limit of the method was 45.29 mBq/L.The relative standard deviation of detection results was less than 5%(n=5).The method is simple and reliable,it can meet the determination requirement of 60Co in environmental water samples.
