高温气冷堆保护系统定期试验装置开发 被引量:2

Development of Periodic Testing Device for Protection System of High Temperature Gas Cooled Reactor

摘要 针对高温气冷堆示范工程(HTR-PM)保护系统需要依照法规进行定期试验的要求,采用一台功能高度集成、高度自动化的试验装置实现定期试验功能。该装置基于虚拟仪器技术实现上、下位机软件的开发,通过自主开发的信号调理板卡、通信交换板卡实现T1、T2、T3试验信号的高度集成和自动传输。在结构上,采用航空连接器作为外部接口确保连接的可靠性。目前,该装置已应用于华能山东石岛湾高温气冷堆核电站。实测结果证明,该装置可高效、可靠地完成HTR-PM保护系统的定期试验,是HTR-PM保护系统实现完全国产化的重要一步,同时,该装置对其他堆型的定期试验装置的开发具有借鉴和指导意义。 For the high temperature gas cooled reactor demonstration project(HTR-PM)protection system,it is required to carry out periodic tests in accordance with the regulations.A test device with highly integrated functions and high automation is adopted to conduct periodic testing function.The equipment realizes the development of upper and lower machine software based on virtual instrument technology,and realizes highly integrated and automatic transmission of T 1,T 2 and T 3 test signals through the self-developed signal conditioning card and communication exchange board.The structure adopts an aviation connector as an external interface to achieve reliable and simple connection.At present,the device has been applied to the high temperature gas cooled reactor in Huaneng Shandong Shidao Bay nuolear power plant(NPP).The experimental results verify that the device can perform the periodic test of the HTR-PM protection system efficiently and reliably.It is an important step for realizing the full localization of the HTR-PM protection system,which can be also used as a reference and guidance for the development of periodic test devices for other types of reactors.
