聚丙烯腈/聚吡咯复合导电纳米纤维纱的制备 被引量:4

摘要 首先利用自制的静电纺丝装置制备了取向的聚丙烯腈(PAN)纳米纤维纱,再通过原位液相沉积法在纤维表面合成导电聚合物聚吡咯(PPy),得到具有优良导电性能的PAN/PPy复合纳米纤维纱,利用扫描电镜、红外光谱表征了其形貌结构和化学组成,结果证明了聚吡咯在聚丙烯腈纳米纤维的表面成功聚合,并观察到聚吡咯纳米颗粒均匀致密地包覆在聚丙烯腈纳米纤维的表面。通过数字源表测试了其导电性,PAN/PPy复合导电纳米纤维纱的导电性优良,电导率可达到10. 5 S/cm。 Firstly,polypropylene(PAN)nanofiber yarn was prepared by self-made electrospinning device,then the conductive polymer polypyrrole(PPy)was grafted on the fiber surface by in-situ liquid deposition method and PAN/PPy composite conductive nanofiber yarn with excellent conductivity was obtained.The morphology structure and chemical composition of the composite yarn was characterized by scanning electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy.The results showed that the polypyrrole was successfully polymerized on the surface of polyacrylonitrile nanofibers,and the polypyrrole nanoparticles were uniformly and densely coated on the surface of polyacrylonitrile nanofibers.The conductivity was tested by a digital source meter and the PAN/PPy composite conductive nanofiber yarn had excellent electrical conductivity and the electrical conductivity could reach 10.5 S/cm.
