摘要
针对杜儿坪矿62711工作面沿空留巷技术,探讨了采用Y形通风方式后,采空区漏风和采面瓦斯涌出的规律。研究发现,减少62711皮带巷的风量,能降低采空区瓦斯涌出量。由于62711轨道巷的掺新风流能有效稀释工作面的瓦斯浓度,喷涂沿空留巷,降低了回风巷中的瓦斯浓度,辅以"本煤层抽采+高位走向顶板孔抽采+密闭埋管抽采"技术,成功治理了62711工作面回风的瓦斯问题,为高瓦斯矿井沿空留巷技术的研究提供了参考。
According to the gob-side entry retaining technology of 62711 working face of Duerping Coal Mine,this paper discussed the law of air leakage in goaf and gas emission of mining face after adopting Y-type ventilation.It is found that reducing the air volume in 62711 belt lane can reduce the gas emission in goaf.Since mixed new wind flow in 62711 rail lane can effectively dilute gas concentration in working face,spraying along the goaf roadway can reduce the gas concentration in the air returning roadway,and with the technology of"local coal seam extraction+high strike roof hole extraction+airtight buried pipe extraction",the gas problem of return air in the 62711 working face was successfully treated,which provided reference for the study of gob-side entry retaining technology of high gas mine.
