文章根据科技专家信息数据管理的实际需求,设计了科技专家库管理系统,以促进科技项目评审专家管理工作的标准化、规范化、高效化,有效提升专家服务科技管理工作的科学性、权威性。
According to the actual demand of information management of science and technology experts,a scientific and technological expert database management system is designed to promote the standardization and efficiency of experts management in the evaluation of scientific and technological projects,and effectively enhance the scientific and authority that the experts service scientific and technological management.
