三种镍基合金显微组织及性能的对比研究 被引量:3

摘要 对三种镍基合金材料Inconel 625、Inconel 625plus及Inconel 718的元素含量、显微组织及性能进行对比研究。结果表明:Inconel 625合金的主要沉淀强化相为少量γ'(Ni3(Al、Ti)),Inconel 625plus合金的主要沉淀强化相为大量γ'(Ni3(Ti)),而Inconel 718合金的主要沉淀强化相为体心四方结构的γ"相(Ni3Nb),同时辅以面心立方结构的弱强化相γ'(Ni3(Al、Ti));Inconel 625,Inconel 625plus和Inconel 718室温下屈服强度分别为450MPa,900MPa和1 050MPa,同时其具有良好的塑性和韧性数据。在工程应用中较高温度下,Inconel 625plus及Inconel 718合金的屈服强度分别为815MPa和785MPa,同时具有良好的塑性和韧性指标。 In this paper,the element content,microstructure and properties of three nickel-base alloy materials were compared and studied,including alloy Inconel 625,Inconel 625plus and Inconel 718.The results show that the main strengthening phase of alloy Inconel 625 is a small number ofγ’(Ni3(Al、Ti)),and the main strengthening phase of alloy Inconel 625plus is a lot ofγ’(Ni3(Al、Ti)),the main strengthening phase of Inconel 718 isγ”with the body-centered tetragonal structure and the weak strengthening phaseγ’(Ni3(Al、Ti))with the face centered cubic structure;At room temperature,the yield strength of Inconel 625,Inconel 625plus and Inconel 718 respectively are 450MPa,900MPa and 1050MPa,at the same time,their plasticity and toughness is also very well.At high temperature of engineering application,the yield strength of Inconel 625 and Inconel 718 respectively are 815 MPa and 785MPa,they also have good plasticity and toughness.
