鼠笼弹性支承应力分析与降低应力方法的研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了减小鼠笼弹性支承应力集中以降低鼠笼条根部断裂的可能性,基于鼠笼弹性支承几何结构、受力特性等,进行了鼠笼弹性支承根部的应力分析。首先,简化鼠笼弹支的力学模型并进行受力分析;然后,推导出鼠笼弹支根部应力的计算公式,分析了鼠笼弹支的可靠性条件;最后,基于有限元仿真对比研究了几种降低鼠笼弹支根部应力集中的方法。 In order to reduce which should reduce the possibility of squirrel cage root fracture which should reduce,The squirrel cage elastic support’s root stress is analyzed based on the geometric structure and squirrel cage elastic support structure structure and.First of all,the mechanical model of the squirrel cage and the stress is simplified.Then,the formula for calculating the stress of the root of the squirrel cage is derived and the condition reliability of the cage elastic support is analyzed.Finally,the method of stress concentration in the root of the squirrel cage based on the finite element simulation is analyzed.
