摘要
制备纳米银溶胶,并通过透射电镜进行表征,制备所得纳米银构型近似球形、粒径分布较窄,分散性良好,未发现团聚现象,适合化妆品使用。将纳米银作为抗菌剂引入化妆品面霜组合物,当添加量为0. 04%时,平均粒径小于60 nm纳米银对细菌与霉菌都具有非常有效的抑制作用;平均粒径为10~60 nm的纳米银能抗微生物二次污染。纳米银作为化妆品抗菌剂,对细菌与霉菌体现出优越的抑菌及杀灭效果,单组分纳米银能建立有效的化妆品防腐体系。
Silver colloids were synthesized and the resulting silver nanoparticles were characterized by transmission electron microscopy.The prepared silver nanoparticles were quasi-spherical,with narrow particle size distribution and good dispersibility,which were appropriate in cosmetics.By introducing silver nanoparticles as an antimicrobial agent in moisturizing cosmetic cream,when the additive amount was 0.04%,silver nanoparticles with the diameter less than 60 nm demonstrated good antimicrobial activity to bacteria and moulds.When the diameter of silver nanoparticles were between 10~60 nm,the superior prevention of secondary pollution was obtained.Silver nanoparticles served as antimicrobial agent in cosmetics with excellent bacteriostatic and bactericidal effect.Silver nanoparticles mediated cosmetic cream in effective bacteriostasis can be establish.
