基于二次回归正交组合设计的水泥稳定碎石微裂程度控制方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 微裂程度直接影响着水泥稳定碎石材料实施微裂后能否出现理想裂缝以及力学强度的自愈。为了更加科学合理地对微裂程度进行控制,定义水泥稳定碎石材料早期微裂后抗压回弹模量的下降百分率为微裂程度,利用SPSS软件对混合料结构类型、水泥用量、微裂时间、微裂荷载对水泥稳定碎石微裂程度的影响情况进行显著性分析后,基于二次回归正交组合设计方法,建立了水泥稳定碎石微裂程度控制模型。结果表明:抗压回弹模量的试验值与回归方程得到的计算值接近。在实际工程的应用中,可利用此模型,根据设计要求的抗压回弹模量值来确定所对应的微裂时间和微裂荷载,也可计算出微裂时间、微裂荷载确定情况下水泥稳定碎石的微裂程度,从而为水泥稳定碎石微裂程度的有效控制提供参考依据。 The degree of micro-crack directly affects the appearance of ideal cracks and the self-healing of mechanical strength after micro-cracking of cement treated crushed stone material.In order to control the degree of micro-crack after the microcracking of cement treated crushed stone material more scientifically and reasonably,the percentage decrement of the early equivalent modulus of elasticity of the cement treated crushed stone material is defined as the degree of micro-crack.SPSS software is used to analyze the effect of mixture type,cement consumption,micro-cracking time and micro-cracking load on the degree of micro-crack of cement treated crushed stone,the control model of the degree of micro-crack of cement treated crushed stone was established by the quadratic regression and orthogonal design.The result show that the test value of equivalent modulus of elasticity is close to the calculated value obtained by the regression equation.This model can be used to determine the corresponding micro-cracking time and micro-cracking load according to the equivalent modulus of elasticity required by the design,it can also calculate the micro-crack degree of cement treated crushed stone with the determination of micro-cracking time and micro-cracking load,thus providing reference for effective control of the micro-crack degree of cement treated crushed stone.
