摘要
儿童白塞病较成人发病率低,但是该病可导致多系统、多脏器损伤,致残、致死率高,严重危害儿童的健康。本研究通过回顾性分析1例白塞病患儿的临床资料及学习相关文献,探讨儿童白塞病的临床特征、诊断、治疗及预后。该病的临床临床表现多典型,诊断时要详细询问病史、注意鉴别诊断,以免漏诊误诊,并需要长期随访。
The incidence of Behcet disease in children is lower than that of adults,but Behcet disease can lead to multiple system and multiple organ injuries,resulting in high disability and mortality rate,and seriously endangering children′s health.This study retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 1 case of Behcet disease and related literature to explore the clinical features,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of Behcet disease in children.The clinical manifestations of the disease are more typical,diagnosis should be detailed inquiry history,pay attention to differential diagnosis,so as to avoid missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis,and need long-term follow-up.

刘文东(1977-),男,博士,副主任医师,青岛市市立医院儿科副主任,博士毕业于山东大学小儿内分泌专业,从事儿科临床工作15年,研究方向:新生儿疾病及呼吸免疫疾病,擅长新生儿疾病治疗。曾获山东省中医药科技进步奖三等奖;获得儿科方面国家级实用新型专利4项,发明3项;通讯作者:李红(1963-),女,教授,主任医师,青岛市市立医院儿科主任,儿科教研室副主任,南京医科大学硕士生导师,从事临床教学一线工作30余年,熟知儿科常见病、多发病的诊治,对于疑难杂症能够全面鉴别与分析。参与、主持青岛市科技局项目5项,获奖4项。
