摘要
目的探讨肾炎康复片联合缬沙坦治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床效果。方法选取宁德市中医院2015年10月1日～2016年2月10日收治的90例慢性肾小球肾炎患者作为研究对象,采用电脑随机分组法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组45例,观察组患者给予肾炎康复片联合缬沙坦治疗,对照组患者给予常规治疗。比较两组患者的肾小球滤过率、血钾水平、血清肌酐水平、总有效率、住院时间以及症状改善时间。结果观察组患者治疗后的肾小球滤过率和血钾水平高于对照组,血清肌酐水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的总有效率为95.56%,高于对照组患者的71.11%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的住院时间和症状改善时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对慢性肾小球肾炎患者实施肾炎康复片联合缬沙坦治疗后,取得显著效果,能改善患者各项指标,缩短住院时间,促进患者康复。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shenyankangfu Tablets combined with Valsartan in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods Ninety patients with chronic glomerulonephritis admitted to Ningde Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 1,2015 to February 10,2016 were selected as the study subjects,the patients were divided into observation group and control group according to computer random grouping method,with 45 cases in each group,the patients in the observation group were treated with Shenyankangfu Tablets combined with Valsartan,while the control group was given conventional treatment.The glomerular filtration rate,serum potassium level,serum creatinine level,total effective rate,hospitalization time and symptom improvement time were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the glomerular filtration rate and serum potassium level of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the serum creatinine level was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.56%,which was higher than that of the control group of 71.11%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time and symptom improvement time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis patients with Shenyankangfu Tablets combined with Valsartan,achieved significant results,can improve the patient's indicators,shorten hospital stay,and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
