摘要
采用自行设计的微波热解装置对不同配比下的褐煤-玉米芯混合物进行微波共热解.结果表明:随着玉米芯质量分数的增加,焦油产率呈先增加后减少的趋势,与理论计算值相比,出现焦油产率先被促进后被抑制的相互作用;当玉米芯质量分数为30%时,焦油产率达到最大值16.31%,比褐煤单独热解时提高了51.16%,与理论计算值的正偏差最大.对热解焦油进行GC-MS检测,发现添加30%玉米芯后,酚类的质量分数由原来的6.31%增至21.47%,酸类和杂原子类的质量分数分别降低了70.91%和68.88%,轻质油的质量分数由原来的16.57%增至41.63%,实现了热解焦油的大幅度轻质化.对比低温加热方式,共热解物料的最佳配比不变,微波加热更有利于高品质焦油的生成.
Microwave co-pyrolysis experiment of lignite-corncob with different ratio was carried out using a self-designed microwave pyrolysis device.The results show that the yield of pyrolysis tar decreases after a prior increase with the increase of corncob blending ratio,indicating an inhibition effect after first promotion compared with theoretical calculation values.When the mass fraction of corncob is 30%,the tar yield rises to 16.31%,an increase of 51.16%compared to that of pyrolysis with pure lignite,and reaches the most-positive deviation to the theoretical calculation values.The results of GC-MS show that the mass fraction of phenol increases from 6.31%to 21.47%,while the mass fraction of acid and heteroatoms decreases by 70.91%and 68.88%,respectively.Moreover,the mass fraction of light tar increases from 16.57%to 41.63%,which improves the quality of pyrolysis tar.Compared with the low-temperature heating method,the optimal ratio of the co-pyrolysis materials keeps unchanged,and microwave heating is more conducive to the formation of high-quality tar.
