摘要
为了充分利用废旧混凝土得到高质量的再生集料,通过建立破碎模型分析再生集料破碎性能;采用符合要求的废旧混凝土和天然石材进行破碎试验,研究颚式破碎机和锤式破碎机破碎后的集料粒径、破碎面数量和特征、破碎比以及石屑比;并根据再生集料的破碎性能提出包括预处理、预筛分、颚式破碎机破碎、杂物分选、锤式破碎机破碎、风力分级等再生集料破碎加工工艺。
In order to make full use of waste concrete to obtain high-quality recycled aggregate,the crushing performance of recycled aggregate was analyzed by establishing a crushing model;crushing tests were carried out on waste concrete and natural stone materials which met the requirements,and the particle size,number and characteristics of the fracture surface,crushing ratio and stone chip ratio of crushed aggregate after jaw crusher and hammer crusher were studied.And according to the crushing performance of regenerated aggregate,the crushing technology of regenerated aggregate including pre-treatment,pre-screening,crushing of jaw crushers,impurity separation,crushing of hammer crushers,air classification and so on was put forward.
