摘要
萧承慎是20世纪中国的一位出色的教育学家,他在战乱时期对师资文化进行的研究中,揭示了中国传统师资文化的历史特点,对"师道"做了关于教师的"为师之道"、国家和社会的"尊师之道"以及学生的"求师之道"的区分。中国的"师道"赋予教师的教-学活动以价值追求,其本身是一种信仰力量,具有道德约束力。中国和西方的师资文化差异,植根于双方的教育文化之中,建构中国特色的教育学,当从中国传统的教育文化中汲取滋养。
Xiao Chengshen is an outstanding educator in China in the 20th century.During his study of the culture of qualified teachers in the wartime period,he revealed the historical characteristics of Chinese traditional culture of qualified teachers and made a clarify of“shidao”,containing Dao of being a teacher from the aspect of teachers;Dao of respecting for teacher from the aspect of country and the society and Dao of following teacher from the aspect of students."shidao"in Chinese culture endowed teachers’teaching activities with value,which itself is a kind of power of belief and bound with morality.The differences in“shidao”between China and the West are rooted in the educational culture of both sides,and the construction of Chinese pedagogy must nourish from the traditional Chinese education culture.
