数据中心用风冷冷水机组技术研究及应用进展 被引量:20

Progress on Technical Research and Application of Air Cooled Chiller for Data Center

摘要 风冷冷水机组在数据中心有广泛应用,作为数据中心的冷源应确保全年可靠节能运行。本文阐述了风冷冷水机组在低温启动及全年制冷技术上的研究进展;分析了不同自然冷却方式的性能差异,提供了自然冷却盘管串联的风冷冷水机组增大混合模式下自然冷却能力的解决方案;介绍了直接喷雾、蒸发冷凝器及淋水填料预冷器等蒸发冷却技术在风冷冷水机组的研究及应用情况。结果发现,填料蒸发式自然冷却风冷冷水机组不仅可提高季节能效比,而且依据典型城市的不同气象参数可提高3.6%至31.2%的混合模式运行时间年占比率,将是绿色数据中心冷源选择的重要方向。 Air cooled chillers are widely used in data centers.As the cooling source of data centers,the air cooled chillers should ensure reliable and energy saving operation in their entire lifecycle.The research progress of air cooled chillers in starting up in the low outside temperature and year-round refrigeration technology is described.The performance difference of different free cooling methods is analyzed.The proposals to enhance the free cooling capacity of air cooled chillers connected with free cooling coil in serial are provided.Research and application progress of directly spray mist pre-cooling,evaporative condenser and pad evaporative pre-cooler in air cooled chiller is introduced.Through analysis,it is discovered that air cooled chillers with free cooling coil and evaporative pad pre-cooler can get improvement on not only the value of SSER(Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratio)in the mechanical refrigeration mode but also the annual running time in the mix mode,and the increased ratios of annual running time in the mix mode vary from 3.6%to 31.2%according to meteorological parameters of different cities.It is pointed out that air cooled chillers with free cooling coil and evaporative pad pre-cooler will be an important direction for the selection of the cooling source of the green data center.
