摘要
目的探讨医疗设备风险评估的方法,根据风险评估开展医疗设备维护。方法提出一种静态风险值与动态风险值评估相结合的风险评估方案,对几种代表性医疗设备应用该方案进行风险评估,根据风险评估值的变化动态调整医疗设备的维护周期与检查要点。结果应用动态风险值与静态风险值相结合的风险评估方法可以更加全面地体现医疗设备的使用风险。结论在医疗设备维护管理中应用动态风险评分方案可有效提高医疗设备质量管理的效率。
Objective To explore the methods of medical equipment risk assessment and carry out medical equipment maintenance according to the risk assessment.Methods A risk assessment scheme combining static risk value and dynamic risk value was proposed to conducte the risk assessment of several typical medical equipment applications.Then,the maintenance cycle and inspection key points of medical equipment were dynamically adjusted according to the changes of risk assessment values.Results The risk assessment method combining the dynamic risk value and the static risk value can more comprehensively reflect the risk of medical equipment use.Conclusion The application of dynamic risk assessment scheme in medical equipment maintenance management can improve the efficiency of quality management of medical equipment.
