基于碳点的荧光-磁共振双模态分子影像探针应用进展

摘要 碳点是一种具有良好荧光特性、生物相容性、低毒的碳纳米颗粒,可用于生物荧光成像、靶向示踪、临床诊疗等多个生物医学领域。基于碳点的荧光与磁共振双模态成像克服了传统单一分子影像技术存在的单细胞灵敏度、亚细胞分辨率和安全性等方面的缺陷,在疾病的成像、定位、诊断、药物载体靶向治疗等方面有较大的应用前景。本文在总结碳点及基于碳点的分子探针特点的基础上,概述了基于碳点的荧光-磁共振双模态探针的最新进展。钆掺杂型碳点和锰掺杂型碳点在肿瘤细胞成像中具有较大优势,顺磁性氧化铁-碳点可为肿瘤等疾病的早期诊断、治疗、监测等方面提供更全面更准确的信息,^(13)C-碳点在生命活动监测应用中颇具潜力。
