摘要
全回转推进器的可调距螺旋桨工作时,桨毂和桨叶法兰之间使用被动压缩变形的O型圈进行密封,其间隙大时O型圈压缩量小可能泄漏;桨毂和曲柄销盘之间的摩擦压力和接触应力影响调距的灵敏性及磨损程度。通过在ANSYS Workbench软件中建立桨毂、桨叶、法兰和曲柄销盘的有限元模型,仿真模拟螺旋桨在不同预紧力、温度、离心力以及调距时装配间隙及摩擦力的变化,研究分析各工况下间隙和摩擦力的分布规律,得出螺旋桨的最佳服役状态,并为服役寿命计算提供数据支持。
The propeller hub and the flange is sealed by an O-ring on the controllable-pitch propeller(CPP)of all-direction propeller,and the amount of O-ring compression is reduced to cause leakage as the gap increases.Contact pressure and frictional stress between the propeller hub and crank affect the pitch control sensitivities and wear.The finite element model was built in ANSYS Workbench to simulate the change of assembly clearance and frictional stress of propeller in different temperature,centrifugal force,screw pitch and pretension.After analyzing the distributing law of clearance and friction under different working condition,the optimal service condition of the propeller was obtained,and the data were provided for the service life calculation.
