摘要
根据待测泵消耗一定量的液体所需要的时间来进行流量检测,系统主要可分为泵测量模块、标准计量模块和上位机控制模块三部分,通过LabVIEW进行上位机软件设计,搭建流量检测试验平台。其中标准计量模块创造性地采用FAI(Free Armature Injection)计量喷射单元作为标准计量泵,由于其特殊的结构设计,使得流量检测具有宽适应性。在试验过程中,选择两种不同型号的FAI喷射泵在60Hz频率下改变喷射脉宽进行重复性试验验证。分析试验数据,两种喷射泵各检测脉宽下的变异系数和相对极差均小于5%,则该流量检测平台测试数据离散度小,一致性高,表明采用该方法设计的流量检测平台的检测结果稳定可靠。
The detection platform realizes the flow detection bymeasuring the time requiredconsuming a certain amount of liquid.First of all,the system can be divided into three parts:pump measurement module,standard measurement module and PC control module,and the software in PC is designed with LabVIEW.Then,FAI metering injection unit is innovatively used as the standard metering pump to achieve wide adaptive flow detection,due to its special structure design.Furthermore,three flow detection tests were completed at the frequency of 60Hz,obtaining the flow characteristics by changing the injection pulse width.To summarize,the coefficient of variation and the relative range of two groups were both less than 5%by analyzing the test data.The result shows that,the detection result of the flow detection platform is stable and reliable because the dispersion of the test data is small and consistency is high.
