摘要
纪录片在当代被广泛用作文化传播的工具,进行国家形象塑造和价值观念传播。《舌尖上的中国》在大陆持续热播,并形成"舌尖热"现象,其背后有着复杂的原因和背景。从使用与满足理论角度观察这一现象,可以发现,该作品通过特定艺术表现手法、故事化叙述策略,诉诸于阅听者美食观赏满足和认同满足,是其获得成功的重要因素。然而,其后续系列作品出现的问题,却也与这种行之有效的内在需求与满足机制的失灵有关。
Documentary film is widely used as a tool of cultural transmission in the contemporary society,to create national image and spread value.A Bite of China continued to be hot in the mainland,and formed a popular trend.It has a complicated background.The reason of this phenomenon observed from the perspective of use and satisfaction theory,can be convinced that the work through specific artistic technique of expression and the narrative strategy.Resorting to audience food satisfaction and recognition,is an important factor in its success.However,the subsequent series of problems are related to the failure of this effective internal demand and satisfaction mechanism.
