摘要
随着信息化技术的飞速发展,企事业单位的人事档案管理已摆脱了传统纸质档案的管理模式,向着更先进的信息化程度迈进。但从现阶段来看,很多企事业单位的人事档案管理信息化建设依旧进展缓慢。文章将从实际出发,针对人事档案管理信息化建设提出新的思路以及建设措施。
With the rapid development of information technology,the personnel archives management of enterprises and institutions has got rid of the traditional paper archives management mode and is moving towards a more advanced informatization level.However,on the current stage,the informatization construction of personnel archives management in many enterprises and institutions is still progressing slowly.The article proceeds from reality and proposes new ideas and construction measures for the informatization construction of personnel archives management.
