在三氧化二铋-石墨烯修饰电极上采用阳极溶出伏安法检测铅和镉 被引量:11

Bi_2O_3@graphene-modified Glassy Carbon Electrode for Detection of Lead and Cadmium by Anodic Stripping Voltammetry

摘要 采用溶剂热及自组装法制备了三氧化二铋-石墨烯(Bi_2O_3@石墨烯)复合材料,其较大的比表面积增加了电化学反应活性位点,且保留了石墨烯片层之间的孔状结构,利于电子的传导。用Bi_2O_3@石墨烯材料修饰玻碳电极,建立了阳极溶出伏安法同时快速测定痕量Pb^(2+)和Cd^(2+)的新方法。对底液pH值、富集电位及富集时间进行了优化,在0.2 mol/L HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液(pH 4.5)、富集电位-1.2 V、富集时间120 s的条件下,分别在10~200μg/L和25~200μg/L浓度范围内,Pb^(2+)和Cd^(2+)的溶出峰电流与Pb^(2+)和Cd^(2+)的浓度呈线性关系,富集时间为120 s时,Pb^(2+)和Cd^(2+)的检出限分别为0.02和0.25μg/L(S/N=3),对同一样品中Pb^(2+)和Cd^(2+)平行测定10次的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为4.3%和4.7%,重现性较好。将本方法用于实验室废水样品中痕量铅和镉的测定,结果与电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测试结果一致。 Bi 2O 3@graphene material,fabricated by hydrothermal and self-assembly technology,was used to modify glassy carbon electrode.In this way,the electrochemical reaction activity sites were increased due to high specific surface area,and the pore structure of graphene sheet was favorable of electron transfer.Based on this,a new method for simultaneous determination of trace Pb 2+and Cd 2+was established by using anodic stripping voltammetry.The anodic stripping voltammetry response exhibited linear relationship with concentrations of Pb 2+and Cd 2+in the ranges of 10-200μg/L and 25-200μg/L,respectively.The detection limits were 0.02μg/L and 0.25μg/L for Pb 2+and Cd 2+,respectively,with a deposition time of 120 s.The Bi 2O 3@graphene-modified glass carbon electrode exhibited high sensitivity,selectivity and stability,and were applied to determine Cd 2+and Pb 2+in real waste water samples,and the results were consistent with those determination results of inductively coupled plasmon-atomic emission spectrometry,indicating the good potential of Bi 2O 3-modified electrode in detection of trace heavy metal ions.
