摘要
介绍了电子布线技术及电子布线系统特点。针对某项目中机柜间空间不足,管廊承载力不够的问题,运用电子布线系统构建了新型网络架构,基于该网络架构,简化了I/O配置,优化了接线设计。深入分析了电子布线系统,总结了电子布线系统应用中防爆、供电、接地等方面的经验。实践证明:电子布线系统能显著节省现场机柜间面积,大幅降低了电缆消耗,并可缩短项目执行周期。
The electronic marshalling technology,the electronic marshalling system are introduced.In view of the shortage of cabinet room space and the insufficient bearing capacity of the pipe gallery,the electronic marshalling system is used in constructing a novel network framework.The I/O configuration is simplified and the wiring design is optimized based on the novel network framework.The experience in explosion-proof,power supplying and grounding is summarized by investigating the electronic marshalling system in depth.The actual application has proved that the electronic marshalling system can significantly save cabinet room space,sharply reduce cable consumption and shorten project execution cycle.
