摘要
为使高速摄像机在水中低光条件下实现近场爆炸图像拍摄,设计了一种具有抗水中爆炸冲击防护功能的LED照明光源,利用ABAQUS软件对光源防护结构抗水中爆炸冲击性能进行数值仿真计算,实施了水中爆炸试验以验证光源总体的抗冲击性能,试验中测量了冲击波峰值压力,在实验室水池检验了光源的辅助照明效果;计算和验证结果表明:在15 MPa的水中爆炸冲击波压力作用下光源防护结构未产生塑性变形,减振后的加速度输出小于2g,光源工作正常,可实现高速摄像机拍摄速率不超过4 000 fps时的低光条件下照明。
In order to capture the near field explosion images using high speed cameras under low light conditions,a Led lighting source with the function of protecting against underwater explosion shock was designed.To proof the capability of the protective structure underwater explosion,it performed Numerical calculations on the protecting structure with ABAQUS software,and implemented an underwater explosion test,measured the explosive pressure load peak value of underwater explosion,and tested the effect of lighting source in pool.The result of calculation and test show that the protecting structure didn’t tend to plastic deformation under 15 MPa shock pressure,and the output acceleration of vibration isolation is less than 2g,and the lighting source can work normally and afford the supplementary lighting for high-speed photography at 4 000 fps.
