摘要
区块链技术给电子文件管理带来了诸多可能。本文从介绍区块链技术的内涵和特点入手,重点分析电子文件管理与区块链技术的契合性,最后提出应用设想。区块链技术在可信验证、可靠存储与数据管理等方面的应用能有效应对电子文件管理的效率与质量问题、可信任问题以及安全性问题,并推动电子文件的智能化管理、可信化服务并保障电子文件的安全。
The block chain technology brings many possibilities to the electronic records management,this article starts with introducing the intension,characteristic and core technology of the block chain,combining many problems and existing applications in electronic records management,applicability analysis,and on this basis put forward the application of block chain technology in electronic records management.The existing applications of block chain technology in trusted verification,reliable storage and data management can effectively deal with the efficiency and quality problem,trust problem and security problem in electronic records management,and promote the intelligent management of electronic records,trusted services and electronic re?cords security.
