中国大鲵人工养殖技术研究进展 被引量:19

Advance on the artificial breeding technologies of Chinese giant salamander(Andrias davidianus)

摘要 大鲵(Andrias davidianus)是中国特有的大型濒危两栖动物,在食用和药用等方面具有重要价值,但因环境污染及过度捕捞,野生大鲵几近灭绝,其人工养殖技术亟待完善。目前大鲵仿生态与工厂化繁殖和养殖技术日渐成熟,饲料与疾病研究逐步深入,但仍存在人工配合饲料研发尚未成功,虹彩病毒病无法有效防治等瓶颈问题。为进一步完善大鲵人工养殖技术,降低养殖成本,提高大鲵品质、养殖成活率,文章从大鲵繁殖技术、苗种培育技术、养殖模式、疾病防治和饲料研发等方面综述其人工养殖技术研究现状,以期为大鲵人工养殖标准化和规模化提供科学参考。 Chinese giant salamander,Andrias davidianus,is a large endangered amphibious animal in China.It has an important value in edible,medicinal,etc.However,the wild giant salamander is on the verge of extinction by the increasing environment pollution and overfishing.Therefore,the giant salamander artificial breeding technology is urgently needed to improve.At present,the techniques of imitation of ecological and industrialized aquacuture and breeding for giant salamander are updated continuously.Additionaly,the researches on artificial feed and disease control and prevention have gradually been deepened.But there are some bottlenecks in its industry,for example,artificial compound feed research has not been successfully used widely and iridescent virus disease is out of control.To optimize the artificial breeding technologies of giant salamander,which is helpful to reduce the cost of aquacuture,improve their quality and survival rate,this paper summerized the research status of artificial breeding technologies from reproductive technologies,offspring breeding,breeding models,disease control and prevention,and feeding development,etc.It would provide the scientific reference for standardization and scale-up of giant salamander breeding.
