摘要
本文针对某核电厂棒控棒位系统(RGL系统)某批次板件调试过程出现的不合格问题,对板件综合情况进行了汇总。从焊接、设计、三防等方面进行了原因分析:焊接方面从虚焊、焊接偏移、焊接不牢、管脚短接、器件错焊、漏焊等角度分析;设计方面针对不同板件进行了详细分析;三防方面在考虑了器件的可靠性,并在板件的可靠性基础上,针对不同型号的板件进行喷涂分析,总结归纳了工艺控制的关键要素。不仅为后续板件焊接、设计和三防提供依据,也可将此经验反馈至核电厂其它仪控系统板件工艺控制环节,且对整个电气领域板件工艺控制具有普适意义。
In this paper,the general situation of the board is summarized for the unqualified problems in the commissioning process of a batch of plates in a nuclear power plant rod control system(RGL system).Reasons were analyzed from the aspects of welding,design and three-proof:welding was analyzed from the aspects of virtual welding,welding offset,welding is not tight,pin shorting,device mis-welding and welding;design analysis for different plates The three-proof aspect considers the reliability of the device.Based on the reliability of the plate,the spray analysis is carried out for different types of plates,and the key elements of the process control are summarized.It not only provides basis for subsequent plate welding,design and three-proof,but also can feedback this experience to the process control of other instrument control system plates in nuclear power plants,and has universal significance for the whole process control of plate parts.
