摘要
目的研究开环式微创痔上黏膜切除吻合术(TST)治疗痔的围术期护理。方法从2015年6月～2017年8月这个时间段中取材并开展本次研究,所选取痔疮患者总计80例,这些患者在入院后均接受TST治疗,抽取其中40例患者使用传统方法护理,将其划分为对照组,剩余40例患者在护理工作中落实具有针对性的护理干预,将其划分为观察组。结果治疗工作结束后观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比较明显较少,没有严重的不良反应出现,其治疗效果与对照组进行比较也明显较好。观察组中对护理工作表示认可的患者数量与对照组进行比较明显较多,具有更高的患者满意度。结论 TST治疗痔疮疾病效果显著,加强围术期的护理工作,能够降低手术治疗后不良反应的发生率,给患者提供安全保障,提高手术治疗的治疗效果,高质量的护理工作还提高了患者满意度,减少了纠纷事件的发生,应用价值显著。
Objective To study the perioperative nursing care of open loop minimally invasive hemorrhoid mucosal resection and anastomosis(TST)for hemorrhoids.Methods From June 2015 to August 2017,80 patients with hemorrhoids were selected and treated with TST.40 of them were treated with traditional methods.The remaining 40 patients were divided into observation group.Results After the treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group.The adverse effect of the treatment was better than that of the control group.Compared with the control group,the number of patients in the observation group who expressed approval for nursing work was more than that in the control group,and the patients'satisfaction was higher.Conclusion The effect of TST in treating hemorrhoids is remarkable.Strengthening perioperative nursing can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions after operation,provide safety protection for patients,and improve the effect of surgical treatment.High-quality nursing work also improved patient satisfaction,reduced the occurrence of disputes,the value of application is significant.
