摘要
采用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对扩径机的整体框架及主要受力部件进行应力和变形分析,通过分析计算,确定扩径机的最大应力及最大变形区域和数值,缩短设计周期,降低设计成本,并为扩径机的优化提供依据。
The ANSYS finite element analysis software is used to analyze the stress and deformation of the whole frame and the main stressed parts of the expanding machine.Through the analysis and calculation,the maximum stress and the maximum deformation area and value of the expanding machine are determined,the design cycle is shortened,the design cost is reduced,and the basis for the optimization of the expanding machine is provided.
