摘要
诚信是中华民族的传统美德,随着社会主义市场经济的建立与深入发展,诚信建设的现代价值及意义凸显。当前中国社会诚信缺失严重,其现状、问题及成因需要认真分析,但诚信法治建设的不完善及法治治理滞后表现明显。推进依法治国,必须统筹谋划社会诚信建设,这也是完善和推进国家治理现代化的应有之义,因此应把握社会转型期价值观的多样性,着力加大社会诚信的法治化建设力度。
Honesty is the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation,with the development of the socialist market economy,the modern value and significance of the integrity of the building.At present,the lack of good faith in Chinese society is serious,the status quo,problems and causes of the need for a careful analysis,but the integrity of the rule of law and the rule of law and the rule of law is lagging behind.To promote the rule of law,we must make overall plans for the construction of social integrity.To improve and promote the modernization of national governance,we should grasp the diversity of the social transformation period,and strengthen the rule of law and the construction of social integrity.
