摘要
赣南革命老区多位于江西南部山区,自然地理位置等多种因素限制了经济的发展,贫困人口较多,让贫困人口共享改革开放四十年来的发展成果,是新时期精准扶贫的要求。瑞金市沙洲坝镇洁源村是江西省"十二五"重点扶贫村,短短几年的精准扶贫政策让洁源村进入发展的快车道,成为江西省扶贫工作的模范村和示范点。结合习近平精准扶贫思想探析洁源村扶贫的主要做法,提出政策建议对加快赣南革命老区精准脱贫具有重要意义。
Most Gannan old revolutionary areas are in southern mountainous areas of Jiangxi Province,the natural geographi-cal location has limited its economic development,so the poverty population is larger in Gannan areas.Jieyuan village in Shazhouba town of Ruijin city is a key target for poverty alleviation.It alleviated poverty rapidly under the policy of targeted poverty alleviation.So the approaches of poverty alleviation in Jieyuan village may provide a reference for other poor areas in Jiangxi Province.In the pa-per,the author put forward some suggestions on how to promoting targeted poverty alleviation in Gannan old revolutionary areas from the successful experience in Jieyuan village.
