机制砂数控环保生产与高性能应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 结合广西山区高速建设的特点,提出一种机制砂数控环保生产工艺,利用石灰岩隧道洞碴加工出粒形圆润且级配优良的高品质机制砂。通过机制砂与回收石粉结合设计出公路不同用途的系列高性能混凝土,中低强度机制砂混凝土的最优石粉含量为10%~15%,中高强度混凝土中则为6%~8%。机制砂高性能混凝土在全路段不同混凝土工程中成功应用,实现了污染物的废水和粉尘的零排放,不仅有效提高了机制砂混凝土的工作性能和强度保证率,也提升了混凝土外观质量,取得了良好的技术经济效益和生态环境效益。 According to the characteristics of highway construction in mountainous areas of Guangxi,this paper put forward a kind of numerical control and environmental protection production process of mechanized sand,using limestone tunnel waste stone to produce fine and high-quality manufactured sand with good grain shape and particle graduation.Through the combination of manufactured sand and recycling stone powder,a series of high performance concrete with different usages for highway engineering is designed,and the optimum stone powder content of medium-low and medium-high strength mechanism sand concrete are 10%~15%and 6%~8%respectively.The successful application of the high-performance mechanism sand concrete in various concrete projects of the whole super highway section not only realized the zero emission of waste water and dust,but also significantly improved the workability performance,strength assurance ratio and performance quality of manufactured sand concrete,consequently good technical,economic and ecological benefits were obtained.
