摘要 为研究结构因素对某新型6缸天然气气体机中迷宫式油气分离器分离性能的影响,设计了7组不同的结构组合方案,采用控制变量法对比分析结构参数变化对分离效率的影响,初步探索了对分离效率影响较大的结构参数。试验结果表明,改变粗滤孔板通孔数量、粗滤孔板与挡板间的距离对分离效率的影响要大于改变通孔直径的影响,其中通孔数量的变化对分离效率的影响最为明显。当粗滤孔数减少6个时,分离效率提高了11.6%;而精滤孔数减少4个时,分离效率提高了12.4%。考虑到精滤孔直径和变化数量均小于粗滤孔这一因素,却能实现比粗滤孔更高的分离效率提升幅度,说明精滤孔的数量变化对分离效率的影响要比粗滤孔的大。在精滤孔板处,对微小直径油滴的有效分离成为影响分离效率的关键。 In order to study the influence of structural factors on the separation performance of labyrinth oil-gas separator used in a new type of 6-cylinder natural gas engine,7 groups of different structural combinations were designed,the influence of structural parameters on separation efficiency was compared and analyzed by the control variable method,and the structural parameters with greater influence on the separation efficiency were preliminarily investigated.The experimental results show that the effect of the number of through holes in the coarse filter plate and the distance between the coarse filter plate and the baffle on the separation efficiency is greater than the diameter of through hole,wherein the influence of the number change of through holes on separation efficiency is the most obvious.The separation efficiency increases by 11.6%when the number of coarse filter holes reduces by 6,while the separation efficiency increases by 12.4%when the number of fine filter holes reduces by 4.The fact that the diameter and the number change of fine filter holes are both smaller compared with coarse filter holes but the fine filter can get larger separation efficiency increase amplitude indicates that the influence of the number change of fine filter holes on the separation efficiency is greater than that of coarse filter holes.For the fine filter orifice plate,the effective separation of tiny-diameter oil droplets becomes the key to improve separation efficiency.
