磨削参数对表面层残余应力的影响分析 被引量:3

摘要 残余应力作为衡量磨削质量的关键指标之一,显著影响零件的表面完整性与使用性能。借助有限元软件ABAQUS,建立热力耦合仿真模型,研究不同磨削参数下表面层温度和应力分布,获得残余应力分布情况。结果表明,表面层深度方向上存在较大的温度与应力梯度,影响深度不超过1mm。随着表面层深度增加,残余拉应力逐渐减小,呈现低压应力状态,并趋于0。以45钢为试验材料,制作了嵌入热电偶的测试工装。利用切削力测量系统和热电偶测温技术,测量获得磨削力与磨削温度分布,从而验证了有限元仿真结果的可靠性。 Residual stress as one of the key indicators to measure the quality of grinding quality which may affect the surface integrity and the performance.To calculate the distribution of the temperature and residual stresses under different process parameters,thermo-mechanical simulations were employed by ABAQUS software.The simulation results indicate that great temperature and stress gradients were exhibited on the ground surface layer in the vertical direction and the influence depth was less than 1mm.With the surface layer depth increasing,the high level of tensile stresses gradually dropped to low compressive stresses state,eventually decreased to zero.Test fixtures used 45 steel material were fabricated with thermocouples.The FEM analysis have been experimentally validated by the grinding data with cutting force system and thermocouple techniques.
