摘要
在当前环境污染问题下,只有加强环境监测,才能够对环境问题有综合认识,从而采用有效的环境治理技术,促进环境的健康发展,实现人和自然的和谐相处。环境监测是环境治理的基础,环境治理是环境监测的最终目的,本文重点分析环境监测对环境治理的促进作用。
Uder the current environmental pollution problem,only by strengthening environmental monitoring can we have a comprehensive understanding of the environmental problems,so as to adopt effective environmental control technology,promote the healthy development of the environment and realize the harmonious coexistence between people and nature.Environmental monitoring is the foundation of environmental management.Environmental governance is the ultimate goal of environmental monitoring.This paper focuses on the promotion of environmental monitoring on environmental governance.
