淮猪与巴马香猪杂交后代的繁殖性能和屠宰性能测定 被引量:1

Detections of the Reproduction Traits and Slaughtering Performance of the Hybrids of Huai and Bama Xiang Pigs

摘要 为选育巴马香猪与淮猪的杂交系,通过杂交试验(淮猪♂×巴马香猪♀)获得淮巴猪,在淮巴猪中进行纯繁试验,测定记录淮猪、巴马香猪及淮巴猪经产母猪窝产仔数、窝产活仔数、初生窝质量、35日龄窝断奶仔猪数和35日龄断奶窝质量等繁殖性能指标;屠宰淮巴猪和巴马香猪育肥猪各6头(出栏体质量,公母各半),测定分析胴体质量、屠宰率、pH值、剪切力等屠宰性能指标,比较分析巴马香猪和淮猪杂交对子代繁殖性能和屠宰性能的影响。结果显示,与巴马香猪相比,淮猪和淮巴猪初生窝质量、35日龄断奶窝质量分别提高了38. 43%(P <0. 01)和16. 53%(P <0. 01)、54. 25%(P <0. 01)和28. 77%(P <0. 01);淮巴猪胴体直长提高了5. 91%(P <0. 05)。肉色及嫩度指标上,巴马香猪略优于淮巴猪(P> 0. 05)。可见,淮巴杂交子代的繁殖性能、屠宰性能优于巴马香猪;巴马香猪肉色和嫩度略优于淮巴猪,淮猪和巴马香猪的杂交子代继承了双亲的优良性状。 For carrying out the hybrid breeding of Huai pigs and Bama Xiang pigs,Huai-Ba pigs were acquired by means of orthogonal experiments(Huai pig♂×Bama Xiang pig♀),and then athwart cross test was carried out in Huai-Ba pigs.The reproductive performance indicators including the litter size,litter number born alive,abnormal parturition number,birth litter weight,the weaning number of 35 days after born,and weaning weight of 35 days after born of the multiparous sows in Huai pigs,Bama Xiang pigs and Huai-Ba pigs were measured and recorded;Six Huai-Ba finishing pigs(3♂+3♀)and Six Bama Xiang finishing pigs(3♂+3♀)at the marketing weight were slaughtered,their slaughtering performance indexes(including carcass weight,slaughter rate,shear force,pH value,and so on.)were measured and comparatively analyzed.The results showed that the birth litter weight and weaning weight of 35 days after born of the multiparous sows in Huai and Huai-Ba pigs were remarkably increased by 38.43%(P<0.01)and 16.53%(P<0.01),54.25%(P<0.01)and 28.77%(P<0.01),compared with those in Bama Xiang pigs;the carcass straight length of Huai-Ba pigs were 5.91%higher than that of Bama Xiang pigs(P<0.05);the meat colors and tenderness indexes of Bama Xiang pigs were higher than that of Huai-Ba pigs(P>0.05).The results indicated that the reproduction traits and slaughtering performance of the offsprings were superior to that of the Bama Xiang pigs;the meat color and tenderness indexes of the Bama Xiang pigs were slightly better than that of the Huai-Ba pigs,and that the hybrid offsprings inherited the fine traits of their parents.
