摘要
砾石层段气体钻井时,易在井壁形成台阶和凸起,使套管下入过程中容易遇阻。此时套管柱就成为一个具有超长细比特征的连续体遇阻问题,一旦遇阻载荷突然释放,将会在套管中形成动态冲击载荷。在干法固井(井筒内为气体)的条件下,钻机的额定悬重余量很小,这种附加动载将会造成很大的作业风险。文章在连续体及多自由度管柱振动分析的基础上,考虑干法固井特点,推导了套管柱振动的解析模型,分析了套管纵向振动的振型及动态载荷特征,研究了参数影响规律,得出了附加动载计算模型。这对于指导实际套管下入参数控制,保证固井作业安全具有十分重要的意义。
When drilling through the conglomerate formation with gas,stages or protruding points are often formed,affecting the casing running later on.Normally the method of reducing the suspension weight is used to improve the force on the obstacles by casing end and so to remove the obstacles.The running becomes a continuous running resisting problem with a super high length-diameter ratio casing string.Once the force of resistance is released,a dynamic impact load will be exerted on the casing string.When cementing in only-gas-filled dry holes,the rated suspension weight allowance is very small,this additional dynamic load will result in extremely high risk.In this paper,taking the boundary condition into consideration,based on the analysis of continuum vibration and multi-freedom vibration,the analytical solution of casing vibration is derived.Then the vertical vibration mode,the dynamic load and the influence parameters are studied,and the calculation model for additional dynamic load is established.This has an important significance for casing running parameter control,ensuring a safe cementing operation.
