橡胶树高产新种质创制研究初报

Preliminary Report on Creating the New Germplasm Resource of Hevea brasiliensis with High Yield

摘要 通过对18个橡胶树种质杂交组合有性苗圃系比生长量和早期试割产量测定,结果显示,参试的18个杂交组合有性系生长较快,3龄苗平均生长量比对照RRIM600高30%~70%;但平均产量均低于对照。18个杂交组合选出产量超对照的高产单株89株,优选率7.52%:魏克汉种质间杂交的6个组合中选出产量超过对照的高产单株72株,优选率为19.78%,产量超对照两倍以上的高产单株只有1株;魏克汉与1981’IRRDB种质杂交的12个组合中选出产量超对照的高产单株17株,优选率仅2.07%,产量超对照两倍以上的高产单株有3株。筛选出的产量超对照150%以上的13个单株将建立无性系初级系比区,参加高一级的系比试验。 Comparative experiment in nursery with cross combination of 18 seedling family germplasm of Hevea brasiliensis was conducted to determine the growth and early yield on trial.The results indicated that all tested seedling family grow fast.The average growth of 3-year-old seedlings is 30%to 70%higher than that of RRIM600(control),but lower in averaged yield.Amongst the 18 combinations,89 individual plants which have higher yield than control were selected,the preferred rate reached to 7.52%.And 72 individuals with high yield from six combitions of Wickham germplasm were selected,its preferred rate was 19.78%.There is only one seedling showed a yield twice higher than control.In 12 combinations of Wickham germplasm and 1981IRRDB germplasm,there are 17 individuals that have higher yield than control,with 2.07%of preferred rate only,but 3 of them have higher yield by exceeding control more than two times.The small-scale clone comparative zone would then be designed and planned to the advanced clone comparative trial with the 13 screened individuals that have yield exceeded control over 150%.
