摘要
为了改善消防泵的巡检效率,提高消防巡检设备的智能化水平,设计基于nRF24L01无线模块的消防泵巡检监测系统。系统包括三部分:下位机硬件选型及电路设计、下位机程序设计和上位机软件设计。单片机实时采集消防泵的转速和管道水压力,将数据经过nRF24L01无线模块传给上位机,上位机显示并记录数据,并在数据异常时进行报警。试验结果表明,系统能够对消防泵的转速和水压力实时监测,功能完善,稳定可靠,可为消防系统的维护提供便利和后期消防智能化奠定基础。
In order to improve the inspection efficiency of fire pump and the intelligence level of the fire inspection equipment,a fire pump inspection and monitoring system based on nRF24L01 wireless module was designed.The system included three parts:the hardware selection and circuit design of the lower computer,the design of the lower computer program and the software design of the upper computer.Single-chip microcomputer can real-timely acquire fire pump rotation speed and pipe water pressure,then the data was transferred to the computer by nRF24L01 wireless module,and PC can display and record the data and alarm when abnormal data was detected.Experimental results show that the designed system can monitor the fire pump rotation speed and water pressure real-timely,the system is stable and reliable,which can provide convenience for the maintenance of fire protection system and make a basis for further fire intelligent.
