摘要
以牛骨髓油为原料,分别用石油醚、正己烷、无水甲醇及无水乙醇制备不同提取物,经甲酯化后,通过气质联用仪分析脂肪酸组成,测定其抗氧化和抗菌活性以确定最佳提取溶剂。结果表明:4种溶剂提取的牛骨髓油中饱和脂肪酸(saturated fatty acid,SFA)/不饱和脂肪酸(unsaturated fatty acids,UFA)比例分别为1/1.4、1/1.41、1/1.20、1/1.25,主要脂肪酸包括油酸(46.22%～50.42%)、棕榈酸(22.20%～24.10%)、硬脂酸(13.41%～16.49%)、亚油酸(1.91%～3.75%),不饱和脂肪酸含量高于饱和脂肪酸。其中正己烷提取效果最好,不饱和脂肪酸含量达58.42%,且具有一定的抗氧化和抑菌活性。这对牛骨髓油的质量标准建立与相关产品开发利用具有指导意义和提供参考依据。
The bovine bone marrow oil(BBMO)was extracted with petroleum ether,hexane,anhydrous methanol and ethanol,respectively.Following the methylation,the relative fatty acid content was analyzed with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS),and the best extraction solvent evaluated by antioxidant and antimicrobial test.The results indicated that proportion of BMO saturated fatty acid(SFA)rand unsaturated fatty acid(UFA)ration were 1/1.4,1/1.41,1/1.20,1/1.25,respectively.Mainly fatty acids includes oleic acid(46.22%-50.42%),palmitic acid(22.20%-24.10%),stearic acid(13.41%-16.49%)and linoleic acid(1.91%-3.75%).In above acids content of UFA higher than SFA,and the n-hexane was identified as optimum solvent,in which UFA content reached to 58.42%,meanwhile,it posses some extent of antioxidant and antimicrobial activity.This research may provide the foundation for establishing quality standards and assist the scientific development of health products contained with BBMO.
