摘要
钛及其合金具有重量轻、强度大、耐热性强、耐腐蚀等许多优特性,被誉为"未来的金属",是具有发展前途的新型结构材料。钛制化工设备现广泛应用于航空航天、军工、石油、冶金、发电等领域。本文以流化床反应器为例,逐步阐述其生产制造的工艺过程,重点介绍工艺过程中每一结构的生产工艺控制要点、检验步骤、合格标准。最终使产品在投产使用中达到最优化。
Titanium and its alloys have many excellent properties,such as light weight,high strength,strong heat resistance,corrosion resistance,which are known as"future metal"and are promising new structural materials.Titanium chemical equipment is now widely used in aerospace,military,petroleum,metallurgy,power generation,and other fields.Taking the fluidized bed reactor as an example,this paper expounds the manufacturing process step by step,with emphasis on the control points,inspection procedures and qualified standards of the production process of each structure in the process.Finally,the product can be optimized the best in operation.
