摘要
为满足近阶段油耗法规的要求,进行了东风1.4 L增压直喷汽油发动机(简称14TD)的开发,针对该发动机的直喷燃烧系统开发、涡轮增压器的匹配、NVH开发和标定开发等关键技术进行了论述。通过设计、仿真、试验相结合的开发方式,解决了增压直喷发动机特有的燃油湿壁、喷油系统噪声、颗粒物排放超标等重点问题,最终达到了14TD发动机的所有设计目标。
Dongfeng 1.4 L turbocharged GDI engine(abbreviated as 14TD for short)was developed to meet the requirement of fuel consumption regulation.Key technologies of this engine,e.g.development of direct injection combustion system,matching of turbocharger,NVH development and calibration,etc.,were discussed.The development approach combining design,simulation and test solved the key issues specific to TDI engine including wall wetting of fuel,fuel system noise,out of limit of particulate emission,thus all the design targets of 14TD engine have been achieved.
