摘要
尾砂袋式充填采矿技术是国际上刚兴起的新的充填采矿法,具有灵活性强、接顶性能好等优点,可用于传统充填采场的封闭墙、上下盘挡墙及人工回采支柱等。本文在对某矿山尾砂物理性能分析的基础上,分析了模袋内尾砂力学性能,即使袋内材料强度很低,模袋体具有较高的承载能力。根据矿山采矿工艺,通过方案对比,优选了袋式充填挡墙,其可充分利用矿山的废料,制作成本较低,承压能力较高,适合作为充填挡墙。
Tailings bagged filling mining technology is currently a new filling mining method emerging in the world,which has the advantages of flexibility and good roofing performance.It can be used for traditional filling retaining walls,upper and lower retaining walls and artificial mining pillars.Based on the analysis of the physical properties of tailings in a mine,the mechanical properties of tailings in the bag are analyzed.Even if the material strength in the bag is very low,the bag body has a high carrying capacity.According to the mining technology of the mine,through the comparison of the schemes,the bag-type filling retaining wall is preferred,which can fully utilize the waste of the mine,has lower production cost and high pressure bearing capacity,and is suitable as a filling retaining wall.
