杜仲纳米银的原位还原及对真丝的功能化整理

In-situ reduction of silver nanoparticles using tu-chung extract and its application for silk functionalization

摘要 采用原位还原的方式制备纳米银粒子,同时沉积在真丝纤维表面,所用前驱物为硝酸银,生物还原剂为杜仲提取物。通过反应前后硝酸银溶液颜色的变化和溶液紫外-可见吸收光谱曲线来判断纳米银粒子的制备,并通过测定杜仲纳米银粒子的透射电子显微镜来进一步观察杜仲纳米银粒子的形貌特征。通过紫外-可见光谱曲线得知纳米银粒子的等离子共振峰出现在423nm处,而从TEM图中可以清楚地观察到杜仲纳米银粒子基本呈现球形或者近似球形。纳米银原位还原后的真丝纤维表面由于纳米银粒子的沉积而呈现一定粗糙度,从扫描电子显微镜图中可以清楚看到球形纳米银粒子均匀分布,通过EDS能谱图进一步确认了真丝纤维表面银元素的存在。在原位还原过程中,溶液pH是关键的反应参数。在生物还原剂和硝酸银浓度一定的条件下,随着溶液pH的增加,产生了更多的纳米银粒子并同时沉积在真丝纤维表面。经过反应后,真丝织物呈现金黄的色泽,同时实现了功能化整理。处理后的真丝织物具有优异的耐水洗、耐摩擦色牢度及抗菌性能。 Silver nanoparticles were prepared by in-situ reduction and deposited on silk fibers.The precur-sor was silver nitrate and the biological reductant was tu-chung extract.The preparation of silver nanoparticles was determined by the color changing of silver nitrate solution and the UV-Vis absorption spectrum before and after the reaction.The shape characteristics of tu-chung nano silver particles were further observed by transmission electron microscopy.The UV visible spectrum showed that the surface plasmon resonance of sil-ver nanoparticles appeared at 423 nm.From the TEM diagram,it could be clearly observed that the silver nanoparticles of tu-chung were spherical or nearly spherical.In-situ reduction of silver nanoparticles on the surface of silk fibers presented a certain degree of roughness.The uniform distribution of the spherical nano silver particles could be clearly seen from the scanning electron microscope,and the existence of the silver el-ements in the surface of the silk fiber was confirmed by the determination of the EDS spectra.In the process of in-situ reduction,the pH of the solution was the key reaction parameter.Under the condition of biologic re-ductant and silver nitrate concentration unchanged,more nano silver particles were produced and deposited on the surface of silk fibers with the increase of solution pH.After the reaction,silk fabric was cash yellow,and functional finishing was achieved.The treated silk fabric showed excellent antibacterial activity,colour fast-ness to washing and rubbing and antibacterial properties.
