摘要
简述了高压输电设备健康监测方法,介绍了物联网的基本概念和关键应用技术,分析了基于物联网的FBG传感器输电铁塔在线监测系统组成结构,阐述了FBG传感器灵敏度高、抗电磁干扰、耐腐蚀能力强和防雷击等特点。分析了FBG传感器的性能和测量原理,提出了铁塔主材应变、横担所受垂直向下的力G和电缆提供的水平张力FT与FBG传感器中心波长位移量的关系,阐述了时序融合算法并分析了监测数据异常值的剔除方法。通过某地区输电铁塔的监测结果样本,分析了FBG传感器测量和数据处理的工作过程。得出了根据安装在输电铁塔主材上FBG传感器的应变,可以实现主材变形情况的实时监测,结合时序融合算法对传感器获得的数据进行处理,并利用应变与输电铁塔倾角的关系可实现铁塔运行状况和稳定性的评价与分析。
Based on the description of the health monitoring methods for high voltage transmission equipment briefly,the basic concepts and key application technologies of the internet of things are introduced,an on-line monitoring structure for transmission towers based on FBG sensors with the internet of things is analyzed,and the characteristics of the FBG sensors,such as high sensitivity,resistance to electromagnetic interference,corrosion resistance and lightning strike are described,the performances and measurement principle of the FBG sensor are analyzed,the relationship between the strain of the main tower,the vertical downward force G of the cross arm,the horizontal tension F T provided by the cable and the center wavelength shift of the FBG sensor is presented,the timing fusion algorithm is explained and the method of removing abnormal values of monitoring data is analyzed.Through the monitoring results of transmission towers in a certain region,the working process of FBG sensor measurement and data processing are analyzed.The results show that according to the strain of the FBG sensor installed on the main material of the transmission tower,real-time monitoring of the deformation of the main material can be realized.The data obtained by the sensor can be processed by the time series fusion algorithm,and the relationship between the strain and the inclination of the transmission tower can be used to evaluate and analyze the operation and stability of the tower.
