摘要
为了获取北极海冰融化速率以及侧向剖面的声-光反射特征,文中设计了一种基于超声波传感器的水下测距系统。该系统通过RS485总线与水下超声波传感器传递数据,利用SD卡存储数据并通过SBD数传终端上传数据至绑定邮箱。文中首先了介绍了仪器的设计原理、硬件设备以及软件系统,随后在封闭实验室环境下进行了水下测距实验,其最大误差为5 mm,与实际测量值相比具有良好的一致性。为了验证系统的性能,在融冰期的乌梁素海区域进行了水下测距实验,并与人工实测距数据比较,实验结果表明,超声波水下测距平均绝对误差为14 mm,符合实际应用要求。
In order to get the sea ice melting rate and the physical characteristics of sea ice profile,the underwater ultrasonic ranging system based on ultrasonic sensor were developed.This instrument transfered the underwater ultrasonic sensor s data via the RS485 bus,stored the data to SD card and then sent them to corresponding E-mail by iridium SBD data transfer terminal.In this paper,the measurement principle,hardware device and software system were presented.Underwater distance measurement experiment was carried out in the closed laboratory and the maximum error is 5 mm.The comparison shows that the results determined by the sensor have a good agreement with the actual distance.To measure the performance of the underwater ultrasonic sensor,the system was tested in Ulansuhai Lake in the melt season.Experimental results show that the mean absolute error(MEA)of the system is 14 mm and meets the demand of actual applications.
